Hashing Oahu: The Mines of Mililani

HASHING OAHU: 7 August 2021 - The Mines of Mililani. Waikakalaua Stream Valley adjacent to Mililani Mauka is where we ventured to include some very effective virgin trail (aka bushwacking) to slow the eagles. We hit the ridge going further inland while enjoying the shade of the tall forest trees. Sliding down on our butts at an impromptu turn down the mountain we could hear voices but no one heeded our hails of "RU". We made our way around to the large bunker with a giant big emblazened on the walls. The entrance has been sealed off for 20 odd years but there was a hole...and in we went.
