Literally obsessed with your colors for the Framed Sweater
Eliza’s blanket is going to be beautiful!!
I love your episodes Stacey. Your new commitment to make intentional knits is so refreshing. I love hearing you talk about your thoughts processes with prospective colour schemes and yarns. I am always inspired by your work. Thanks so much for every episode. xxx
@@kyliebreasley7751 thank you so much!
I've been watching you from the start of your TH-cam videos. I missed quite a few for some reason. So....I decided to go back to the beginning and binge watch your videos. I can't believe it's been 8 years. Anyway, I really enjoy watching you and seeing how much you've grown as a knitter and podcaster. You inspire me to want to try more things. Actually, I finally started a half and half triangle wrap because of your influence. Anyway, I wish you all the best on your continued podcasts. ❤
Your sweater inspired by the quilt will be so beautiful. I can not wait to see it finished 😊
@@lanitaleis7965 thank you!!
Love your plan for a temperature blanket for your daughter's first year, super awesome. Also so excited to hear about the Autism walk at the Detroit zoo. I hope to be able to support your plans for that walk. A beloved place from my childhood and a great cause ❤
@@GwendolynEvenstar thank you so much!
I love the idea of a temp blanket for a child’s first year of life!!!!
Thank you! I've wanted to do it for so long! Now i think I've finally figured out the right way to do it!
I love your daughter’s picks!
Can't wait to see your framed sweater! It's going to be stunning 😍 I am also making one, I don't think I've bought a pattern so quickly 😅 I'm using a natural white and chartreuse for the main body and a charcoal grey for the hem, cuffs and neck line, all solids!
Oh that is going to be beautiful!!
I actually love the colors that Eliza picked, it will have a great pop to it!
@@janejohnston5591 I think so too!
I am so excited to see what colours you come up with for stress knits yarns! You really have the eye for coming up with marvellous colours! And I am knitting on a kuutar wrap cardigan (to wear over dresses) and I am nearly done!
I love your colors! I’m making the Framed too and sharing on my channel! ❤❤❤
I love your colors. I'm going to try that sweater too. I have a couple colorways I'm thinking but absolutely adore yours. It's perfect! Your fall collection sounds too cute! All the best, Kimberly
@@thekindles1183 thank you!!
Your colors are beautiful! I’m looking forward to seeing your framed sweater. I’m also using de rerum natural Gilliatt on an Andrea Mowry pattern, the Melt shawl. It’s my first time using this yarn and I love it (also my first brioche project 🤗)
It's such a lovely yarn! One of my go-tos for sure!
Yours is one of the few Framed sweater combos that I love - some of the others look too busy and I don’t have the quilt connection you have. So I’d dismissed the pattern for myself but when I saw your Instagram post today I started to rethink. Enjoy and please post progress, I’m intrigued
Thank you so much :)
LOVE the palette you and your daughter have put together for her temperature blanket. Of course you know I love Linen Quill!! The colors you've put together for your Framed Sweater are so lovely - they are a great nod to the quilt wall hanging that your grandmother has sewn. Take care!
Thank you! Linen quill is just the best!
I really like the Clover Amore hooks too. They feel smoother when pulling yarn through for some reason.
Yes I agree!
LOVE your quilt inspiration for the Framed sweater !! The Dark brown in the quilt would be beautiful as well , for the hem, cuffs and neck !! As a quilter myself, how could I NOT knit this sweater ?!? ENJOY !
It's such a beautiful sweater!
The quilt is so nice. Fun blanket. We have gone to Lake Michigan almost every year for the last 10 years but we are not this year. 😢
We haven't been in a couple of years! We're so excited to go back!
Love the colors for your sweater !
Thank you!
Love you choice of colors!!
Thank you!
Love your idea for your daughter's blanket. letting her pick her own color palette was sweet. 😊
Thank you! She has opinions on color so I try to let her pick when I can!
I love the colors of your temp blanket and how you honored your daughters picks ❤ also, so appreciate you shouting out and supporting the Autism Alliance of MI- they are a fantastic organization! Looking forward to checking out your treasures yarn🙂
Thank you! And yes! They are so incredible!
I would love to get your holiday inspired colors. I am casting on the Framed sweater this weekend as well, and can’t wait to see yours. Love the colors you are using.❤
@@yoyarngirllisa3716 ah thank you!!
Your grandmother's/your quilt and the sweater are stunning
Thank you! I still can't believe I get to have that quilt in my house!
I'm a new subscriber. Love you, love your channel! You picked well. I bought a sweater quantity of erable a month ago, when I saw it I was so so excited I screamed. i'm excited to see how your sweater turns out
It's such a beautiful color!!
❤❤Love your blanket! My cats would have fun if I let my yarns in a basket😂! Lovely sweater!❤ you have a new subscriber!
Thank you so much! Happy to have you here!
Love your projects! I want to cast on a Framed too, but I’m thinking of using a stash yarn in one color and then buying spincycle for the colorwork. Can’t wait to see yours cast on! I love de rerum yarns too!
@@saclothandashes that’s such a good idea!!
I love the idea of a temperature blanket. 2025 is my last year of work and so is a transition year for me and I think I am going to start a temperature blanket Jan 1st. Quite excited. This is my first time I have watched a video of yours. Interested in doing the linen quill triangle wrap too. Will wait for their next sale. I am a Canadian and so that will help costs. Now off to research the temperature blanket to figure out the number of skeins I would need. Thanks!
Hello from Colorado! I love your podcast, and your energy and excitement are lovely. 🤩😍
Thank you so much :)
Love your podcast! I am working towards finishing a 🎉purl soho and sussurro held together version of a cropped weekender in colors “golden lichen and frank ocher » and starting on a series of boyland colorwork hats!
@@elizabethbradley7794 oh that sounds lovely!
I am also casting on a Framed sweater. I don’t have time really, but it’s going to be a birthday cast on and those don’t count, right? Also, I just wanted to say how much I appreciate the mindfulness of your daughter’s temperature blanket. I think it’s going to be such a special heirloom piece.
Birthday sweaters are always the best to cast on!
Stacy - I'm head over heels for your Awilda and want to knit one using fingering weight from my stash! Do you mind sharing what size needles you used, and what your gauge was? Thanks!
Sending love ❤
I love your temperature blanket so far! Where can i find the basic pattern?
Thank you! I'm not following any specific pattern, but if you just google granny stripe blanket you'll find it!
❤❤❤
