Swiss Roll
Ingredients
Egg 6 Pieces
Icing sugar 60 gm
Fine flour 60 gm
Cocoa Powder 10 gm
Chocolate essence 2-3 drops

Chef naeem thank you so much once again for the recipe of Swiss roll . I have one question could you plz share us the cup measurement too for the ingredients of sugar n flour . If someone wants to use the cups measurement.
Flour 1/2 cup
Sugar 1/4 cup + 2 tablespoon
Yes sure its v easy but I prefare a recipe by weight beacouse every ingredients are different volume so I suggest to weight in grams for perfection
