Hey quick tip from a Star Chart Excal fan, Exalted Blade is amazing and can often be more energy efficient per kill in long engagements compared to slash dash. A couple mods for efficiency and duration to ease some of the drain? Life gets really good with a mods for your Kubrow. Get the one that causes enemies damaged by the Kubrow to have a chance to drop health orbs and pair it with an Equilibrium mod and life gets really comfy. Use blind when needed (sliding blind from exalted blade costs about the same energy and is worse). Quick checklist of mods for warframes early on: Vitality / Redirect / Vigor (depending on the frame) maybe 6--7 drain per mod so you have more modding room. Stretch, Streamline, Intensify, and of course Continuity. Do max these out as soon as your capacity and build will allow. Equilibrium doesn't need to be maxed, the further you push it the better the sustain gets but it's pricey. Synth Deconstruct, Think I got this from a vendor but it could have been from a bounty, pair with equilibrium on your warframe and you basically never have to worry about energy as long as you never stop killing. Radial Javelin and Blind get more useful later in the starchart as avoiding damage becomes more important than tanking while you get access to systems, mods, and other tools to fully break the game.
Unfortunatly I upload only interesting things because I did a lot of learning in the mod menu and basically already applied all that advice you listed. I spent a good 15 hours testing mods on my newest frames (next video) and those base stats and status buff mods are essential to new players i feel. But if you have any other good sugestions too im open to hearing them. I wanted to grind everything myself but some of the boss missions just kick my ass😂
I suppose more than a few WF players have mentioned this before but DO stream or upload your main missions. You're in for some nice surprises in-game and with the community. Welcome to Warframe, young tenno.
I get to live vicariously through the baby tenno, as I can't watch these scenes anymore

I definitely will.
