    Daily._.Driven, your presentation is excellent. Your video guided me to replace the Low Pressure fuel Sensor on my 2018 Mustang EB (18,000 miles) without any issues. Thank you so much for all your work and guidance. Good Job!!

    This was immensely helpful for me, thank you brother, can't wait to do this myself! Might be my 1st hands-on thing I do before anything. Just got her '16 cpo 44k miles, very-well maintained by the Ford service folk. Exterior failed the living shit out of my expectations but at least the whole powertrain is clean-smooth-and well maintained. One bodyshop already quoted me $5k worth of body work which includes almost a full repaint job but he'll take care of all dents, chips, everything. It'll basically look factory fresh, which is my goal, but before anything, definitely doing this 1st, NGK iridium next. I paid for the ceramic tints because that's just one thing I don't want to do lol.. but this fuel sensor maintenance part, I'm hella down for, thanks again!

    My 2015 was throwing codes for this (P018C) and the EVAP purge valve (P144C) at the same time. Replaced the purge valve, cleared the codes, drove a couple weeks, then just replaced this fuel pressure sensor. Paranoid about the check engine light coming back on, but already noticing better MPG and slightly smoother idle.
    Crazy to think < $100 worth of parts, a cheap WiFi OBDII scanner, and less than an hour worth of time probably saved me a couple trips and $500+ of repairs at a shop.

    I’m glad you posted this. My cars fuel pressure sensor has gone bad and is starving the engine of fuel. I’m glad I caught it before blowing the motor. My part is on the way in the mail now and thanks to you I know how to install it myself. Ford wanted to charge me 400$ for install of this part..... get out of town that’s 4 hours at 100$ an hour labor when I can do it in 20 minutes easy

      @@Just_Vibing_Bro I hadn’t noticed my MPG was low. I average about 24mpg normally. That’s pretty low if you not on it all the time. It could be this sensor, would be a cheap option to try before diving deeper. Is the car stock? Thanks for watching!

    Thanks for the info. I bought a 2020 Premium a few weeks ago and will check the sensor in the morning. One would hope Ford might have dealt with this, but...well, Ford...trailing off. But my 2004 Thunderbird has COP issues (among others) but when I look into its little retro headlamp eyes and grill I just can’t stay angry, and no doubt the Pony will do the same...only in a more frightening way, given that beautiful aggressive front end.

    • @daily_driven
      @daily_driven  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      That’s interesting, is it still really jerky in normal mode? If so I would take it to Ford and they should be able to “reset” the transmissions adaptive learning. This might help. Mine is pretty jerky in sport plus but normal isn’t too bad. The mpg could be a result of this sensor but could be a lot of things. Any codes?
