Good morning and happy Monday! Safety is one of those terms that as a Realtor we are not allowed to talk about for fair housing reasons. However I can point you in the direction of some trust worthy crime mapping websites. I think you will find that like most cities Winston Salem has its good areas and bad areas, additionally a lot of people when they move to our area opt to look for homes in rural areas where there just isnt many other people if that makes sense.
