Why to job if u are a good surgeon you will earn 50-60k daily for on call surgery in your citu hospitals . Otherwise Maximum Surgeons does not will to have private job . I would suggest to do ur private practice if u r a good surgeon other first learn and practice more & more.
Md in india is best option through govt colleges or if you r considering private ones go for Maharashtra, Bangalore,kerala or gujrat only. Masters in Canada/overseas mph is good.
