The secondary rotary in Keisuke's FD wasn't working after it sustained a lot of wear so it was slower to accelerate after exiting each corners. But it still had the advantage on the straights, until Keisuke was overtaken at the gutter hairpins like you saw here.
Hammer Bro 19 you’re wrong. There is no secondary rotary. For one, you mean turbine, it had a twin-turbo. For two, it was likely still working. The problem was that he was going against a slower car that could keep up with him which made him question why he felt so slow all of a sudden. It’s possible the secondary turbine was still spinning, it’s just that since he was being cornered by a slower car it gave him the impression his car was slower than usual.
@@pascaletje9 technically a turbine is also using a reciprocating mass also while impossible a rotary usually has more then one rotor unless its a extremely ancient wankel in which case today it wouldnt even have a slight use unless you drive a 600 pound car or some shit

This video was meant to get my friends into the game for races. On top of that, I'm not all that good at the game so I rarely play online anymore. Yes. On Akina specifically there are multiple drainage ditches across the map, even outside the 5 hairpins. It's actually why it seems like I'm slamming into the inside wall on some corners, but really I'm using the ditch to turn reliably at a high speed.

The game actually holds your momentum while in the drainage ditch indeed. For high level time trial players or competitive 1v1 players, its mandatory to use all the ditches over drifting to avoid a massive speed loss. It's a nice mechanic once you figure it out :)
You still need to keep the wheel turned in the direction you're turning with the gutter to avoid speed loss. However you need to counter steer a little to leave the gutter once your turn is completed to avoid the inside wall. Otherwise you'll start scraping against said wall.
This isn't really a series. It was just a one off race that I thought was epic as hell. I'm not too sure what other races anyone else would like to see.
Looking back, I always loved how this RivalSide is basically a huge nostalgia trip to the anime as a whole. Also never bothered to use the New ID movie voice actors, and still to this day stuck to as many of the OG voice actors as possible.
This one, I agree with heavily. I believe this was the final arcade game before they swapped to the Legends designs. This game will always be my favorite for that.

Those games are more simulation based over Arcade stage's "Arcade" mechanics. Some people tend to dislike the series for that, but it does make it fun to watch regardless x)

No problem! If you just started, chances are your vehicle isnt fully upgraded yet. Shoot for step 5, and you'll be able to exit at my speeds with practice.

In case anyone doesn't know, this race is scripted right up to until the five hairpin turns. If you don't nail them, then you lose cause Keisuke stops slowing down for you and speeds up.
Speeds up is an understatement. You'll lose the race by 150+ meters if you dont pass Keisuke after the 5 hairpins because Keisuke will realize that its okay to use his gas pedal.
Akumati lol yeah I know, I have spent tons of hours - hundreds of tries- just trying to beat this. Since I was using a cheap racing wheel, I couldn't turn into the gutters fast without accidentally throwing my wheel off my desk. I studied this video over and over again trying to get the exact degree and speed to nail the gutters but I couldn't do it. You are awesome :^)

Purplefin Neptuna If you can ride the gutters on the hairpins, you can snag the victory easily in my experience.

アイウエオ8 前ゲーセン行った時初めて見つけてやったら神ゲー（フルボイス&ナイス挙動）だったんで、是非出て欲しいですよね
レイ 嫌な気持ちにさせてしまうかもしれないけど、残念ながら家庭用ゲームに移植されることは100%ないです。
理由として
・レジェンドの映画の放送 この映画で本来の声優でなく、別の声優で収録したため今更前の声優で収録するとはならないし、当人達が了承しない。またゲームでは重要な役割になる文太の声優は去年亡くなってしまったため、よしんばやっても文太の声は別になる。
・やはりGTなどと比べてニーズが低いため出しても利益が出ない。
・家庭用ゲームとして出すならゲームのオリジナル曲が必要となるが、頭文字DのOPを歌うことの多いm.o.v.eがすでに解散している。
以上の3点の理由から残念ながら移植はないと思います。
しかし当の私も家庭用ゲームが出るなら是非買ってやりたい身です。
でもでないとわかっているため、願わくば古い筐体をメインにおくようなゲームセンターが多くできるか、あわよくばaa.aaxの筐体をガチで買う気でいます。

秋名山のコースってのは 分かるけれど所々壁に当たってて減速するのにギアを上げてるけれどそれはあまりしてはいけない。後カーブ曲がるときあまり減速してないから膨れてると3→2にして3秒で戻すってやり方の方がより速く走れる。
