@@ArashiOdayakana you just have to learn the timing even in assetto the gutter can speed you up but there are multiple ways to use one and it depends on how fast your going braking suspension on the car your using so on and so forth
@@dr.dylansgame5583 guess you dont know that those who complain about gutters are the ones with a slammed car. Cant help them. They even tried to persuade me to change my lidless gutter's angle so their slammed cars would not flip over.

Been replaying TXR3 recently and i agree, we need another TXR!
I played the hell out of TXR0. I can't fathom why Genki won't make a modern rendition. They could include the entire highway map from Zero, and the courses from the Drift games, 300 cars with 10,000 different aero parts and wheels and still the game size wouldn't be as large as most modern games. Until then, I'm playing TXR0 on PCSX2 upscaled in 4k with a shader, AA, AF, etc. It's pretty good once you get it running right.

How long it take to create a game like this?
For now, you can play Assetto Corsa, comes with the 86 and you can download an Akina track
it takes really about some months to make a game like this but the real thing is that it takes years to learn how to model these cars ,and also to code it . like if u learn how to model to a perfection level ,thats really 2-5 years ,and to code thats also 2-3 years ,and these are depending on what software u use .
@@septanos These models aren't that complicated except the car (which can be downloaded from the internet) so I would say probably max 1 month to make all the models. This depends on if he made the road with 3d modeling software or made some system which can create it for you which is clearly the better way. If he made everything by hand it's probably something like 5 months, probably less. You can find car game tutorials from youtube and if you follow trough them and understand everything then you have good base to customize to your game's style . Probably the fine tuning and how the car rides, took the most time to make good.
Learning to code in unity doesn't take 2-3 years, being good at coding in unity might. Same goes for the 3d modeling.

Not only does this game cement the love and affection put into proper time attack A to B games, but also the small graphical effects such as the old halogen dissipation of the brake lights is absolutely stunning. On top of that, the engine tones are very nice and the inclusion of eurobeat is done well.
I'd love to see this finished as a full fledged project. Keep it up!

As an Initial D fan, I have to say that This is the best initial D racing game I have ever seen in my life!

You sir are quite literally the Takumi Fujiwara of the racing game design world and the Initial D arcade franchise is your 86. You managed to evoke the amazing potential of this game/franchise that only few past Initial D titles had managed to replicate at the time; due to being rather new (Arcade Stage 3 for me personally). With the boom of simcade style racing games that capitalize on the derivatives of the JDM and drift-racing scene, it brings me to tears to see the franchise that started it all (or at least a huge part of it) get the treatment it deserves at the hands of somebody who clearly understands and respects all the aspects of Initial D that fans like me grew to love. For that, I thank you. Rage your dream my friend.
