This is a free inter-terminal transfer bus available to everyone. If you are connecting to a domestic flight departing from Terminal 2, you can use the transfer counter and security checkpoint at Terminal 3. However, please note the hours of operation. After hours, please take the train, monorail, or this bus to Terminal 2 and proceed to Terminal 2. Please ask your airline for details. tokyo-haneda.com/en/flight/transit/int_dms.html
Nice informative video..just one querry please. My flight from delhi lands at haneda terminal 2 & after 17hrs layover departs from haneda terminal 3 to usa. Do I need to cross immigration?. If so, do I need transit visa?
I think it is possible to move to Terminal 3 without entering Japan. See this page for details. tokyo-haneda.com/en/flight/transit/int_int.html You may enter Japan once, but I am not sure if a transit visa is required.
I would recommend Terminal 3. There are several famous Japanese restaurants. If you go to Haneda Airport Garden (a shopping mall directly connected to Terminal 3), you will have even more choices.
Thank you for the video!

Aloha! Are big suitcases allowed on the shuttle?
There is no problem as long as it is of a size that you can bring into the bus by yourself. There is no luggage storage.
