- Hi y’all. This is super sad but I wanted to mark the last time I unbox a Chic Sparrow Handbag directly from Chic Sparrow. They will continue doing their Traveler’s Notebooks, Thank God, ‘coz I love them!!!! This is one of their most popular style for years and I knew I couldn’t NOT get it! 😭
Let me know what you think of ‘the end of an era of handbags’ for them & do you think they may come back later and relaunch them? At least the TOTES??!! LOL. Anywayyyyyys, I hope y’all enjoy the VID. 🥰

I am definitely loving her!!! This is my very first Waypoint, however, I believe the Meteorite was almost always categorized with the Waypoint leathers. And I llllloooovvvveee the Meteorite. This Rustic Open Road is sooooo soft, I love squishing it. hahahahaha. I have to watch what I do in public.....people are starting to stare. hahahahaha. You are right, the pull-up is gorgeous in Waypoint. TFW! 🥰

My colleague absolutely loves those bags. I don't know enough about their mission & how much percentage actually goes to corporate overhead vs. charitable endeavors....mixing those two always concern me in any business setting. I know I'm strange.....many in my office, my family & my friends think so but they don't really mind my weirdness. 😆I'm glad you love their bags though. The style kinda reminds me of Fossil. Thanks for bringing them to my attention, I always love hearing about what you're interested in. ☺ And your handbag collections is AMAZING!!!! 🥰

My honest opinion is that they are pricey and not the best craftsmanship. However the TN covers are lovely. There has been some recent softer leathers that are not up to par, but still nice.
I agree that the softer leathers, for me anyway, have the flaking of the back-hide that I don't particularly care for but since Chic Sparrow's style has always been very "raw and natural" is what fans love about their products. There aren't many human alterations done to their products. Yes, they are expensive but most USA brands made in the USA with employees here at home have to make a living wage, and inflation is no joke. I'm actually surprised she didn't really increase her price for the Rustic Tote, I believe YT Creators from 8 yrs ago quoted the same price it was as of last week. Many luxury brands & contemporary, even Fossil, has increased their Rachel Satchel to $289, 6 yrs ago it was $178. Dooney & Bourke Florentine Large Satchel went from $400 to $600. I get it though, we all have preference & different taste and I appreciate you sharing your thoughts b'coz I know CS isn't for everyone. There's a lot of makers I don't care for either and most of them are VERY POPULAR....but I'm strange. 😆 TFW. 🥰
Totally agree on the made in U.S and small businesses! I think I'm weird 🤣 too, but I guess as I've been purging all the "things" that I have and keeping less items, means keeping the 'quality' items. Less replenishment of stuff. Lord knows I need less rabbit hole things 🤣.
That goes for all the companies I purchase from. I found myself selling several 'things' on the BST'S, which can be a nightmare in itself. 🤣 .Any whoo time to play with my thingys ☺️🤣

I don't need another handbag, stationary item or whatever else, either. 😆 Selling things can be a pain; listing, pics, shipping, etc. & that's why for now I don't sell my stuff so I have to be careful what I buy. hahahahah. I'm forcing myself to rotate my handbags so they all get used. As always, thanks for sharing your experiences, it's always refreshing to find out what others do with their stuff. 😍
