There's more to perimenopause or menopause than hot flashes. Anxiety and panic attacks, dizzy, aching ankles, swallowing issues, blood pressure and sugar spikes. clumsiness. and MORE.

Hi ladies. Just turned 50 a few months ago and I’m the middle of perimenopause. Very forgetful. I’ve lost my keys and phone many times in a day, forgetting the tap running filling up a thermos and walked away and flooded the counter, going into a room and forgetting why I was there, etc., etc. Also a huge spike in anxiety attacks and not having any clue where they come from and depression. I feel so alone sometimes.

The fact that women need to make their own research, because doctors, who study human biology for years and are paid to know stuff, don’t have a clue, shows you to never trust the State or Traditional Medicine. Take your health in your own hands. Glad for women like her helping us to know more about this subject.

I asked for hormone checks years ago and was told not necessary, too few broad studies to verify results. One learns to become an insisting patient until you get what you need.
Also, many male doctors' reaction to meno pause is : Oh my, that will be difficult for you.
Lady doctors: you will be fine.

Heavy periods, nausea, vomiting, cramps, bloating, long periods, fatigue, itchy skin, dry skin, thinning hair, hairloss, loss of appetite etc. I eat fruits and vegetables, plain yogurt, plain Greek yogurt, unsalted nuts, hemp seeds, chia seeds, flaxseeds, pumpkin seeds, unsalted sunflower seeds, drink coconut water, drink freshly made juice and smoothies from a juicer at home( I never buy the stuff from the grocery store), I eat olive oil, I eat avocado oil, I eat parsley, sage, rosemary, thyme, turmeric, ginger, honey, cayenne pepper, pepper corns, cardamom, cinnamon, basil, cilantro etc.. I am SO frustrated with my dr. I have been dealing with cystic acne along my jawline...it was like pulling teeth to get her to take me seriously...she said she'd give me a referral to a dermatologist, but she said "you better have your story straight." I still believe the acne is a symptom of hormone imbalance, but she basically ignored me...she said I could get a blood test to test for this, but I would have to pay for it! I don't know what to do!! I believe I am in the invisible demographic...not worth assisting women over 50!! :(. OH, Suzanne mentioned Dr. Pettle, who I also mentioned to my dr....she didn't think much of him...placebo effect! I guess I just have to do my own research....read Suzanne's book!

As if all women have "this blissful phase" between puberty and perimenopause where we feel all beautiful and sexy and happily having babies" etc. what nonsense! We as woman and all our lives are so very individual and different, happiness depends on SO much more than hormones!- and women can also feel blissful and happy and sexy in puberty aswell as during (peri)menopause! I personally have beautiful memories of feeling (sexually) very happy with my boyfriend when I was 17, and I feel much more confident and self aware and have MUCH better sex in my mid forties, well into peri-menopause, than I did in my twenties! And especially the phase of having one or even more babies can be very stressful and overwhelming indeed, this is where we can very often feel not super beautiful but an absolute mess as young mothers! But that is perfectly ok, too!
And we are also not "bitchy" during peri menopause, only more sensitive from time to time and maybe in need of more rest, exercise and looking after ourselves! And that's perfectly fine, healthy and normal.
We don't need to function all the time as women, never mind at what phase in our lives, our environments and partners either need to be more considerate, or else we need to take more time out. And we totally deserve that!

I don’t think she ever got her breast implants out either. Their now finally is a black box warning an all implants and it’s the shell. The shell off gasses chemicals every second while inside you including a silicone bleed. All implants have a silicone shell no matter what fit what it’s filled with. Inside that black box warning, two different kinds of cancers can happen. When you remove your implants, you have to remove the scar tissue that’s wrapped around it and that scar tissue gets sent for cancer testing at lab. There are tons of toxic things in our world to hurt us putting one of them inside our bodies is like a ticking time bomb. It’s not if it’s when. I’m not saying that something that caused her to pass as she lived to be past 77 and looks very good here for 70. I’m saying, if you’re having issues and you have breast implants, you have to realize that that could be part of it and taking a few pills might not fix the problem. And tell you no longer have a period you cannot get an accurate reading on your hormones. you’d have to test them every week which would be expensive and try to estimate what it could actually be.

Wow. Always ready to persecute people. Most people have no idea that's a bad thing & or dangerous. Who tells us that? They don't. If you dig around you can find it but new moms likely aren't having free time to research things. These devices are crammed down our throats and they come w little to no warning. You can't blame people for using them without worry. New moms are learning and just trying to figure everything out. They make plenty of mistakes and those mistakes are how they learn and are not 'abusive' in most cases. When you know better, you do better. I don't know why your first instinct was to gather a crowd for a group confrontation. That says a lot more about you to be honest. I'm sure there are plenty of things you don't know and therefore do incorrectly... would you prefer a group confront you in public about it or would you prefer someone explain it to you privately... from a place of caring and concern? Saying she should lose her kid and be charged w abuse is insane. Maybe if the phones had a big warning label on them that stated 'keep away from babies brains'... but they don't say that... in fact they make loads of devices and apps especially for little ones... making most think these devices are safe for their kids. You should want to help a young mom by offering kind advice, not criticism and abuse accusations. If you were in her shoes I'm sure that's what you would prefer. You should take a break from judging others and take a look inward and figure out what makes you want to respond in such a way... with zero compassion and empathy.

here's the problem with that protector against the microwave radiation most cell phones now don't have the back that pop off and this really bothers me I miss my Samsung S5 you could pop off the back pop out the battery to reboot your phone now with a crappy Samsung S7 which is supposed to be waterproof you cannot unsee lit unless you totally destroy the waterproof quality of the phone I'm thinking of doing it anyway because I just like being able to take out the battery to reboot it

None of this stuff she talks about works. I gained fifteen pounds and still had terrible side effects of creams. I actually didn’t even need them

    • @the_pranic_element
      @the_pranic_element 7 หลายเดือนก่อน

      That’s your experience.
If you gained fifteen pounds then obviously the cream had some effect - albeit an unwanted one.
It may have had artificial hormones added to it which resulted in the weight gain. Artificial estrogen will do that.
I use Wild Yam Cream with Agnus Castus and Soya bean and it’s helped calm my anxiety and allowed me to get a restful sleep.

She knows nothing about YOUR hormones. Now get the information she shared, go to your doctor, ask for an hormonal test, if there’s an imbalance, ask to supplement with bio identical hormones and thank her later. Cheers!
