PNI is poor prognostic indicator. So it's important to look for PNI in cancer.

Is there any relationship between perineural invasion and neurovascular bundle invasion in tongue SCC ?

Perineural invasion is one among the poor prognostic factors. Kindly take treatment under guidance of expert oncophysician. It's fortunate that cancer is low grade one.
If PNI was not found in biopsy does that mean no cancer ?
PNI is one of the Prognostic factor & not diagnostic criteria for Cancer

If PNI consists in rectal cancer stage II , that means it's called stage II high risk patient, Dr?
PNI in colorectal cancer is independent poor prognostic factor. Survival rate decreases if PNI present. It can be seen in stage 2 or 3 both.
So if pni pathology is found on one nerve with a Gs 6 and a psa of 6.0 this is still a poor prognosis?
Yes. PNI associated with poor prognosis
