I purchased 3 exterior doors in February 2023 from Window World of Space Coast in Florida. Note the purchase date of more than a year ago. I just this past weekend paid a private contractor to finish the installation job (May 2024). They failed to deliver the doors prior to a date when I would depart my Florida home, and it was nearly a year after purchase of the doors ($7,500) before they delivered the wrong storm door (but installed it anyway??!!) and I ended up having to pull the interior door so hard to open it that it pulled the door knob out of the new replacement door. They replaced the storm door which had been installed backwards, which ended up requiring removal of the sweep on the interior door (not the storm door), leaving a gap of nearly half and inch at the bottom of the interior door. Window world refused to come back to my home and finish the job. They ignored a letter from my attorney and I chose to pay for the completion myself and chalk it up to "lesson learned." Don't do business with a crappy company. If you want to purchase from this firm, check with me first.
Wow. I am sorry that happened to you. I will never understand why a company would do shoddy work in the age of the internet - hopefully others will see your comment and think twice about using Window World of Space Coast.
Window World is no different than Window Nation, Power and Mad City. Trust me, I know very well the tactics as I ran a window plant in the Philadelphia area and supplied there windows.
I need a custom semicircular window for a cuppola for an old house. It is a fixed window with diamond panes. The original from the late 1800's is still in place but needs to be replaced. Any idea where to get one made?

I don't know what kind they use but this place I found in Mt Airy North Carolina where I bought all my windows for my new place their windows are tempered glass how I found that out is because they had one down there broken one pane was we tried to break the rest of the broken one out and it wouldn't break no matter what we tried they had given us the window that was broken because he said he couldn't send it back and we had bought 16 windows off of him we're still trying to get the broken piece out so we can cut out a place in the building we just built and put it in there

A window, ANY window brand, is only as good as the installers. Not all Window World locations are created equal.
