When typing in a string number complete with "enter" key, don't use the up/down arrow to move to another code box, otherwise the screen happily shows all the string numbers you typed in but the software actually uses a different (or previous) string number.
Having issues with Leica captivate string numbers attribute or Line colours ...when i do pick with TS16 , all lines combine to make only one clour ...any assistance??
Hi, great video but I was wondering why I am having an issue with the linework numbers/strings on my CS20? I have used various codes and changed the strings using +/- as per your video and when I check the map everything looks exactly as it was surveyed. However, when I check my point list, every single number on every single linear code, has been stored as string 1? When I export an Autodesk FBK this obviously appears as one very tangled spiderweb! Any idea why the strings being stored are not retaining the string numbers assigned to them? Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks
I love Leica's hardware. I've got a TS-16, a CS-20, a GS-14 but when it comes to software and data collection, it's nowhere close to what Microsurvey Fieldgenius can do? Now that Leica owns field genius, you should abandon this software.

Storing two points for one point with two codes instead of just having two codes for one point is ridiculous
