At least people underestimating Rocket means I can disrupt the enemies backline even easier because they don't know what to do 😈
I once went 17-0-24 with rocket.The only thing to make Rocket PERFECT, is to buff his ult so the "amplifier" toggles between healing and buffing
a buff would make him broken tbh

playing jeff as a dps character is the way to go so much self healing where your near impossible to kill just annoy the backline
what gives rocket the hate is the people that play rocket like a tower defense game just sitting on the backline healbotting... when they can be destroying turrets, peni nests and ankhs cause his gun shreds. his gun also catches tanks off guard, and i've won a lot of 1v1s as rocket just on that fact alone. his mobility is also really good for escaping people - you can bait people towards you and get them out of position. he can even escape ults like storm/bucky by dashing away.

As a person who’s gotten 60K healing with rocket before (and also gets 35K to 40K pretty often), he’s definitely not bad.
Rocket is a good hero because your able to get away from dive charters like iron fist and you can be in the front line if you know good movement
Jeff should suffer double the respawn time if he dies while using his ult. That will stop the suicides.
I'm not surprised. He has the highest single-target DPS of any Strategist (except maybe Loki when you account for clones) on his Primary fire.
I really get mad when a teammate choose Jeff in ranked

If I could offer a small critique. The Jeff tangent was kinda unnecessary. Because of it there's a pretty decent portion of the video that's a completely different topic from what I clicked on the video for.
But generally I agree. I think while Rocket's healing is pretty underwhelming the rest of his kit is just so damn good. He's got the rez that comes with free overhealth and the boosted jump and he's probably got the best Team up ability in the game.
His ult might be good but if it is it goes completely unnoticed. The damage boost just isn't big enough for people to notice a noteworthy difference.

Venom is my most played, but rocket is second. If i want to do my own thing, i play venom, if i want to be a team player, i go rocket, and it depends on what the team picks for characters
Rocket is an excellent support when your team is smart enough to use cover and not face tank loads of enemy damage.
So many people in this game stay out in the open strafing back and fourth taking loads of damage. Then whine about healing received.
Especially those Ironman players.

Benji i dont think u understand jeffs bubbles they heal 140 or like 100 something around that but he can spam 6 of those u can solo survive a psylocke ultimate as jeff and he can climb on walls also i know as a fact jeff heals for 140 healing per second without bubbles you can get someone to full hp (a tank lets say dr strage) in about 2-3 seconds
I just hit lord with rocket. and TBF I basically just heal bot, but sometimes when backed into a corner and I decide to fight instead of flee, he can win fights i wasnt expecting. and yeah his ult may not have the same impact as a C&D or Luna Snow or Invis Woman, but when you use it at just the right time. oh man it feels good
so, if you complain about rocket not being good. just think about how much you'd miss him when hes not giving your team like 20k+ healing in a game. just saying.

I love rocket and is my most played, but the amount of hate he gets is insane, like, i myself have been saved by rockets ALOT, yet i cant remember the last time jeff actually helped the team...... besides killing himself

rocket is good but it attracts so many bot players that dont even try to improve theres no way in hell someone should have 500 damage in celestial he shreds tank I can 1v1 almost ever tank as long as there not a shield tank I think he should be used only in a triple support
