Oh yea This is an annoying problem. Check where are you uploading the template. Exemple you probably cliked on the tee shirt without accident . Check if it's the template that you edited on photopea and not the template that you took from roblox creator page. If the problem persist contact me on my discord account : darkaii3
Did you have enaugh robux? Did you verify your email? Are you 13+? Check all of these . If it doesn't work try changing your country with a vpn. Idk It worked withh me when I verified my email. It's an old problem.
