What is this correct size? It keeps saying "Upload failed. Did you use the template?" I have over 10 robux, am verified, and am 13+
512×512 is the size . Tbh I'm unsure about the size. It might be wrong. yea this problem is because of the size and that's for sure. But did you do what I said in the video? Open and place the image it would go correctly automatically like the size of it. There won't be any problems.

@TheOne-hh7qx Alright I think I know what you're talking about. Basically the background which is not a background it's a template , the template itself need to be under the texture in photopea not above the texture. The TEXTURE need to be ABOVE the template. AND I'd you don't know how to scale the template(background) go to the first button to edit in photopea.. Go to your left and then click on the first button and you will see in front of you TRANSFORM CONTROLS. Click on it . And there you will be able to scale and zoom the template (background)😃

Whenever I try to upload it, it just says “Uplaod Failed, did you use the template”, I’ve tried to change the canvas size I’ve tried to check the type of shirt I tried everything, it still doesn’t work, how do I fix this (I’m on mobile btw) Edit: I got it to work, thanks
Yo, sorry for late response. Basically the main problem is the size fo the template that you need to change in photopea. If it says upload failed it means there is an error in the size. If the size is correct and it still doesn't work you need to fix the little problems like your internet . If you have robux if you verified your email and everything like that. If it worked it's Great!

Did you cleared the template in photopea with detail? You need to clear it with detail otherwise the shirt won't look clean😢
