The right ventricle of the human heart collects deoxygenated blood from the right atrium via tricuspid valve, also known as the right atrioventricular valve. During contraction, the contents of the right ventricle are pushed through the pulmonary valve in its roof and into the pulmonary trunk which passes the blood onto the pulmonary artery and into the lungs.
It is bordered anterosuperiorly by the sternum and this circular convex area majorly contributes to the sternocostal surface of the heart. The inferior surface is situated upon the diaphragm and this small flat area makes up part of the diaphragmatic portion of the heart. The ventricular septum borders the right ventricle posteriorly and bulges somewhat into it, creating a transverse semilunar cross section.

This was cool and very interesting, had my heart scanned recently as I'd been I'll and they were checking everything.
On the report it said Right Ventricle normal size preserved function.
When I've looked this up it talks about heart failure which can't be right as they told me all as fine.

What part of the heart could be malfunctioning if the lowest parts of the body failed to receive proper blood supply?

I've fought mudcrabs more informative than this. Please finish the video next time. If anyone wants to learn more, I'd suggest searching for 'coronary arterial bypass grafts' and learning the anatomy from there.
