Sjón is sight/vision in Icelandic. Elfen is elves in german. Band name translated is Elves Sight. I'm pretty sure this is the intended name of the band, considering this song's name (Einherjar) is Icelandic and the next (Hexenjagd) is German.
I have no idea why youtube recommended this to me. Is this from some anime or something or was it just completely random? Artwork is sweeet.

It's an original work, not really related to any anime. I think it may be classified as a doujin work as I remember it being released in one of comikets, I might be wrong so not sure.

It be like that sometimes. Honestly I'm only here because of chasing Kurose Keisuke's trail after being in the mood for some classic ASRIEL and UROBOROS vibes but with newer content. Definitely interesting to see how he's stepped down from mainstream and has just been hidden in the third party/doujin spheres these past 5 years. Still got the good old classic sound though (just with newer vocalists to his style.)

Can someone translate the title of this song
It's old Norse, einherjar means "he who stands alone" or "army of one" or "those who fight alone." It is referring to the warriors of Valhall in Norse mythology.
A little more context on the einherjar if you aren't familiar with Norse mythology: They are warriors who fell in battle and were chosen by the valkyries. They live in Odin's hall (Valhall) and engage in a constant cycle of feasting, drinking, and fighting until Ragnarök. Until Ragnarök they are immortal, any wound they incur will be healed by Odin's sorcery, and those who fall in their daily battles will br resurrected. During Ragnarök they, along with Odin, are devoured whole in a single bite by the great wolf Fenrir. They will be avenged by Odin's son Vidar.
The concept of einherjar still lives on in modern Scandinavia. The battle cry of Norwegian soldiers in Afganistan was "Til Valhall" meaning "To Valhall."
