    నిజంగా సింపుల్గా చాలా బాగా ఉంది సార్ నేను కూడా చేస్తున్నాను బాగా రిలీఫ్ గా ఉంది ఫ్రీగా ఎటువంటి ఖర్చు లేకుండా ఇలాంటి మంచి పద్ధతులను పాటించడంమంచిది. డబ్బులు ఖర్చు లేకుండా ప్రతిరోజు మన ఇంట్లో 30 నిమిషములు ఉదయము మరియు 30 నిమిషములు రాత్రి రెండు పూటలా చేయడం వల్ల మోకాళ్ళ నొప్పులు తగ్గి హెల్తీగా ఉన్నాను ఇంత మంచి జ్ఞానాన్ని అందించిన గురువుగారికి చాలా కృతజ్ఞతలు. బీహార్ స్కూల్ ఆఫ్ యోగా వర్ధిల్లాలి

    We used to do Tapping as a part of Thai Chee practice which I learn from Lee in Clementfield, Boston.
    In return I gave Yoga classes to them. It started with 5 chinese, 1 American & a Russian friend Olga wh expanded to 164 people.

    Excellent remedy . Person who feels the pain and suffering from the problem they can only feel the result and experienced . Very valuable therapy. But some one passed irresponsible and negative foolish comments passed but may be ignored them .

    నాకు నడుస్తుంటే కాళ్ళు వణుకుతాయి నడవలేకపోతున్నాను .ఒక్క సెకను కూడా నాకాళ్ళమీద నేను నిలబడలేను .ఈ కాళ్ళవణుకు ,నిలబడలేకపోవడం
