I am a beginner, would you recommend this model or the Takamine GX11Me or is there any difference other than personal preference to body shop?

It's all about personal references. The top on the GX11ME is made out of mahogany and the GX18CE is Spruce. Spruce top would give you a more punchy, loud sound while the mahogany top would give you more of a mellow, subdued sound.

Is it true that if you used capo on that model it turns out to be slightly out of tuned? In other words Its not sounds good with capo. ? Is it true? Pls i need your opinion. Thanks

I think it depends on your capo, i have a gx18ce, using a g7th nashville capo. Nashville capo have a less clamping force which is better for most guitars for keeping in tune
