In my opinion, that detracts from the history. They should remain in whatever condition they were found in, flags, symbols, and all.

Sold at a US Military Auction in the Mid 50's to a Canadian .
I saw this car at the Imperial Palace Casino/hotel in Las Vegas. As I recall, it was in the 1980's. Probably on loan from the owner.
