The Brookville is, without doubt, your best watch. It sits so nicely on the wrist. The case shape and weight are just perfect. I have a black one that I wear as an everyday piece and a blue one with the flutted bezel for dress situations. I can not recommend them enough. More color options are always a plus!
I really like the addition of the Islander text underneath the logo. It definitely elevates the watch and let’s everyone know who’s making these amazing pieces. 👍🏻
The white dial guy has everything going for it. Sarb style case with the "shoulders", small 38mm, and the date at 6 makes it even more attractive. Well done Marc and team. Outstanding.
Hey Marc -- Thank you for listening to customers like me and bring out a Brookville with a white dial. It's very well-executed, and the J-bracelet was definitely the right choice for that pairing. Understanding that you don't want to copy the off-white of the SARB035, a Grand Seiko-style cream/beige dial (something like the color of the #ISL-147) would be a fantastic addition to the Brookville lineup. Anyway, bravo and congrats!
I'm a big fan of the Brookville line and 38mm is a perfect size for me. Of these two new ones I like the white one best. I'm waiting for you to release a version with an emerald green dial or the ISL-180 with a smooth bezel.
What a great fan gift! Congrats, Marc. You have built a wonderful community of fellow enthusiasts with your original brand, your own enthusiasm for the craft, and that legendary customer service. ⭐💯⭐ A lesson Dad taught you right on so many years ago, and it is now paying dividends. I, for one, am proud to be a part of things regarding LIW! PS - ya'bout to get me again on that white dial + jubilee Brookeville. I love - *LOVE* - a centered, 6:00 date window, nice & symmetrical 👍
This is not an Explorer or Ranger clone, but it definitely takes a similar place in my collection. Small, thin, tasteful, reserved design. I could live without the date, but I'm waiting for the black one to come back in stock. I'd like a 36mm version, too.
Huge fan of the white brookville although the logo + text doesn't do it for me. Maybe you could've gone with just an italicized "Islander" text without the logo? Excited to see this range expand, really loving the sarb case
I've got the Brookville in green aventurine, it is by far my favorite watch! Such a pleasure to wear everyday, and brings a smile to my face every time I look at it :)
Oh wow that prop logo gift is really cool you have great viewers to give you something that cool that blue and white long islander is really stunning wow.
Always appreciate the videos and the watch designs. I like the long power reserves such as Tissot's 80 hours. Makes a difference when choosing a watch.
Seiko really need to take a lesson from you regarding clasp choice for entry priced watches! I love how you are doing so many things right at reasonable prices!👍
Are there any plans to branch into a new line based on the SARW019 or any other watches with a day, date and power reserve indicator? Seiko only sold that model in Japan and have discontinued it for several years.
Love both the new colors, white and mint green! I was hoping that the Northport Seafoam Green would be my 1st Islander, but it might just be the Upper Brookeville when they come in, because 38mm is a bit small for my own preference. Great job Marc! Very nice.
Hey Mark. Love the new pieces and love the look of having Islander below the logo, had been saying it would look better that way on all pieces. Recently bought 1 of your Spinnaker collaborations, much nicer than I even expected, thank you.
Have six Brookvilles (and several SARBs). Love the smoother highbeat movement, sapphire crystal sandwich and lower prices all of which totally blow seiko away. Keep it up! Please put the highbeat movement in the Manhasset and Sands Point!
I think some modifications to the Brookeville line I'd make if I were you, especially for the robin egg blue model, is a 6:00 date and slightly fatter kitkat markers at 3 and 9. That'd really make it feel more like the watch has its own identity.
Very nice. Could someone get one with a 2 button clasp but without the fold over lock? Just curious. Nice with a hi-beat and that price. Perfect size.👍
White dial looks awedome. Can't wait for the 41's. Always loved this watch except for the 38 being to small for me. Thanks for coming out with the 41's Marc. Ya gotta do the white in a 41 though.
case shape is great on these, plus I love the exhibition case back, I know they're polarizing on cheap watches but I still love to look at the movement especially because I only have a few that I can see so I always end up staring at the movement if I wear one
- 8:22 38mm is not too small it’s the perfect size. I have a 7.3cm wrist and although a 36mm dress watch is not ideal in my opinion, the 38mm hits the sweet spot.
Love the white model Marc, just wish it was no-date as well. No need for a date on a “dress watch”. Would have also better differentiated this watch from the linen dial version. Also would have preferred a solid caseback if you’re not going to sign the rotor. The sterile Miyota movement behind a display back is just odd.
I like the clock with your logo. I know there's a lot of debate about the mysterious meaning of the logo. To me, the logo is a compass right in the middle of New York State, and the compass needle is pointing southeast, in the general direction of Long Island. So your logo, and your company, help to put Long Island even more on the map than it was before for people around the country.
Hey Marc! That white dial with the gunmetal grey accents is amazing. Would love to see one of these with a day-date complication, similar to how a president displays the day and date, or 6oclock date and day along the 11-12-1oclock line, maybe with a fluted bezel even? I mean, if you are going to do a president style bracelet, you might as well do a president style watch, right? I wouldn't care if it was quartz even.
I hope the case for the 41 mm brokville is an original design. The 38 mm ones are great but the sarb case is a little dated looking in my opinion. The step on the lugs just looks a little dated. I am excited about a 41 mm GADA watch with screw down crown and a non NH movement

Should scrap the sundial logo, it's not great.

It's awesome how someone made your logo a functional clock.
yeah, super cool!
These are so perfect. 38mm, 20 lug width, the hi beat miyota, dials, colors, everything. Well done!!!

Just received the mint green dial Brookville. So far I like it a lot. The mint green dial pops. Great quality watch for the price.
I love the white dial. I also love that you added Islander text to the dial.

The linen brookville is on my wishlist, but the white looks fantastic and may take its place when it is time to order.
Awesome 👍🏻
Stunning white dialer.

I had asked if you guys were making a mint green dial, a few months back. You mentioned it was on the way. Looks amazing! Thank you!
Glad to deliver, thank you.

I got the Robin Egg a few weeks ago, Any chance on a deal/price break for both the White and Mint?

Beautiful dial! (white w/date)
I think so too!
The white one hits the spot! Really like the islander text in the dial too, and the 6 o’clock date window .. perfection!

Do the miyota movements have a more smooth sweep than the seiko nh movements ?
Yes the NH range @ 21600 beats at 6 tick per second while the 9015 @ 28880 beats at 8 per second so it looks smoother.
Love the mint, I thought pistachio as soon as I saw it. Just concerned about how the actual colour compares to what I'm seeing in your video.
