During the Petaluma sting of NBC's To Catch a Predator, which took place from August 25th-27th, 2006, Indian national Kanish/Kanishk Lakhanpal was among the arrested. He showed up with his frienemy Pulkit Mathur. This is his unedited police interrogation. Yes, that's in the dining area of a recreational vehicle.
Though he was arrested and interrogated, he was not charged with a crime.

His chat log was fairly vague and there wasn’t really anything specifically sexual in it, so I guess that is why he got off. He was really close to spilling it in the interrogation though.

Showing up to meet a kid is bad but unless he said something overtly sexual/brought something to endanger them (alcohol/drugs) the cops do not have much leverage there. Bit like when you had "The Tagalong" he was detained but no evidence was there he came to have sex. I think he got a minor change for furnishing alcohol to a minor.
