No we don’t have to pay again! But it depends airline to airline/ same airline or diff airline! Luggage also you can confirm with airline, either they will give at destination or not

That you will get to know at your first airport, ask them where you get your bags (at destination layover and if have to checkin again). If your bags will be at destination, you just have to go at your gate, security check, and checkin. Very simple

@@earthlover7224hey, if you have enough time, just send an email to IRCC saying that your course have mandatory Co-op. Then you will get passport submission request again. After submitting you'll get your passport within an week or so

There will be 4 semesters with no in between break, as usually courses have 4 months break in between but yours will be continuous course

Declaration is very simple.
You have to scan your passport and face, fingers, you will get a print.
There are supervisors who can guide you
