I totally agree with you about the processed American cheese. The texture, the melting, and it tastes perfect with the meat and burger sauce. My wife was a cheese snob for the longest time until just recently I red pilled her on American cheese FOR BURGERS. Now she scoffs at cheese snobs who don’t get it. Great cook as always dude!
