    Love you, Love you, Love you - Great stuff to help get started right on a project. Most guys get messed up by losing tract of where they are at or getting stuck. Budget is a big plus too - Thanks.

    I'm enjoying the series so far especially with as you come across as a regular guy and talk in plain common sense language. You gave great advice in this video Kevin as over the years I've seen so many people go tearing into a project without a plan or vision of what they want for their truck or car, then 10/15k and 3/5 years later they are selling a project for a substantial loss and they never got to drive or enjoy it. Bought my 72 C10 in 2014 and had no real plan or vision other than I wanted an original unmolested truck with no rust and factory working A/C and have done a ton to it now and have been able to use it as I did the upgrades. Looking forward to the upcoming videos.

      Thanks Gregory!! I approacked this like I approach many personal projects... staying focused on one area at a time so I dont get too unorganized. Thanks for watching! The truck turned out amazing! I'm proud if it!

    I refinished all my interior trim instead of replacing. Saved a ton of money and it looks great.

    When I blew an engine, I regret not paying a shop to rebuild the engine. Because timeline of rebuilding it myself, was not set, and it took forever for me to get the energy to finish it.

    I bought seat belt kit 38-2265-BL , and when I had to do a panic stop both belt latches released. My wife and my self slid out of our seats.
    A week later we made sure the belts were latched and recreated the panic stop. Both latches released just like the first time. I called LMC and the rep said I could not return them.

      Sorry about that! I've installed a half dozen belt kits from them and no issues at all.

    Do they still ship catalogs to Europe? Filled in the application forms on the website months ago (several times) but new catalogs nevercshow up. The last copy that I got was from 2017

    Is it possible to convert from 4 headlights to 2 headlights on these trucks?

    • @therealsnow
      @therealsnow 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes, you'd need a new grill and lights, probably a new wiring harness or modify the existing one.

    • @jonathonrossebo1783

      Any particular reason you want to convert?

      LMC is pretty competitive, but some prices may vary or be less somewhere depending on pricing strategy from the seller. Overall, the fast service and reasonable shipping cost is the reason i use them.... it saves me money in the big picture. and, Yes, I buy my own parts from LMC Truck :)
