Chris Lowe is a genius to take already perfect songs and reinvent them. Skilled with bold and irreverent imagination to deftly push them further to unexpected musical territories is a rare gift indeed.
Done for "Love Me Tender" on ITV for the 10th anniversary of Elvis's death. It was also included on some pressings of the Japanese version of the "Actually" lp.
Thanks for posting... I have checked, and sadly there isn't a good quality copy... so we are lucky this exists!! I tried to clean it up, but getting the music to sound better means TONZ extra hiss... fail! lol Hopefully somebody with the equipment, and talent will be able to make and post a clean version someday...
