- Thought I'd share with you my perspective on what it's like to live with Mike Thurston. We have been working together for almost a year now and I feel this video is well overdue. I hear ya bro im pretty much in the same circle . Even worst is there my best friends i grew up with. But sometimes you just have to separate yourself and find a balance. During the week while they are drinking im in the gym. Weekend ill usually volunteer to sober cab. All inner will.

I don't have appetite at all even tho I'm training hard still when I sit to eat I get full so quick and cant take more..
Tried splitting up the meals but again it's not that good and if I push myself to eat more I want to throw up..
Am I the only one struggling to fit in the calories and trying to put on some mass?
thats a good problem to have. Figure out your daily maintenance calories and just make sure your eating close to that every day with 1g per kg protien intake. No need to force feed for "mass"
