Goodness what a behemoth & that is the most unusual design! She looks sleek but what pointy bow of the cruise liner! Great video squire 😊

It's not until I got the ferry back over to Tilbury and standing next to this thing that you realise just how big she is.

That's a shame you missed her. It's when you get off the ferry back at tilbury and your standing next to her you realise just how big she is.

@@UKShipspottingRailFreightTV I just had a tour inside at 10:30 today I live very close to Tilbury and can assure you the boat will be leaving at 12 midday I was told by one of the crew the best place to watch would be from coalhouse fort is show me an old radio tower on Google earth and again said the ship would be disembarking at 12 midday

Did you manage to film her this morning.

@@UKShipspottingRailFreightTV Yes - I initially looked at the usual spot on the Tilbury side but it was impossible to film there due to the sun. I caught the ferry at about 8:40 over to Gravesend and then had to run to film it so at least I got something. I stayed until the afternoon to film Spirit of Adventure as well as I had not seen that up close before.

@@ThamesShips I arrived and parked by Tilbury fort gates at 07:45 and got the ferry at 08:10 I think.spirit of adventure is back due to a covid outbreak during a cruise.I left at 11:30 so didn't see her.

@@UKShipspottingRailFreightTV Yes - Solent ships did a video of Spirit of Adventure and mentioned Covid. I expect that it is cheaper to lay her up at Tilbury than it is at Southampton!
