Unfortunately it seems to be a very common theme with a lot of these Rolloff drivers. In too much of a damn hurry and they don’t own the truck so they don’t give a crap whether or not they destroy the engine or the PTO

Ours are governed at 1500, they go just as fast as his, but it's sounds like his does like my old truck. it would randomly overrev and then dip back to the limiter.

I have 1 of these alarms on my service truck, tied into the reverse relay so it doesn't turn on every time I hit unlock when the reverse lights come on. I have it wired to a 3 way switch on.off.on, the on is the regular beep beep beep and then center is off for no sound and the other on is this cool sound. I use it if I have my trailer on me and I'm backing up. Gets more attention for sure.

It’s called a Preco 300 series model 1059. The 1059 is the only one that makes that chime rather than the simple beep
I noticed guys that are veterans to doing it, tends to get real comfortable and will rush most of the time, and will make a major mistake, because of over confidence.

You have to lower them rails a bit before you bring the can all the way up with the cable. Was to much pressure on the cable at that angle and if it snaps it's goinh to launch like a rocket

All, I actually have one of these alarms and will be putting it on my pickup truck in the coming week. if I can pull a part number off of it I will be sure and post it on here for everyone. The one I have was actually pulled off a roll off truck like in the video. They're meant to engage when the rails are in the up position, but it will start beeping on mine whenever it goes in reverse.

Those mirrors let the driver see what's along the front bumper and what's in front of the truck because they can't see past the hood.
We get like 6 to 14 a day depending on how far you are from the transfer station

Manhandled that PTO. Could have gotten closer to the rails with the compactor. Not the worst drop off I’ve ever seen though.

Why not use a hooklift? Way faster, no need to get put of the cab, and looks safer. If that cable snaps you suddenly got a big projectile down the road 😂
i have used those cables to pick 30 tons on if it snaps its cause the driver did something

Doubt he over revved. That pump is just loud. 90% of WM PTO has a rev limit. The cng all have fast hyd. At least all that I’ve used and seen. Only problem is bumping the compactor and when he picked up the compactor with the hoist straight up like that. Improper. Other then that he on point.
Too many things wrong with this to point them all out. This guy is reckless!! Poor truck R.I.P.. This is why WM trucks always look worn out and beat up.

Probably the scariest driver ive seen. speeding in the parking lot, nothing but full throttle, High Railing the can straight to the dogs before lowering the rails good way to flip a bin. Then dropping the bin off the end of the rails, damage ground and can. This is the kind of driver that will kill someone with this kind of operation. Not one bit safe. Yes I do this job for a living so I know what I'm talking about.

whats the difference between a manual and a automatic truck. do they run the same and have same strength or they run different.
Segundo Aguayza problem with the CNG truck is that they run out of fuel. You can run about 280 miles and be close to being stranded.
No automatic trucks are very weak it's a miracle they move at all sometimes . A manual transmission Mack RM or Rd will outlive any automatic granite or any other truck manufacturer for that matter being there all made by either Volvo or Mercedes now no matter what they're fake badges say
I’ve run both. I prefer automatics as far as maneuvering and control of the load at all times but in muddy conditions I prefer manual. The automatics I’ve used are very powerful and haul just as well but a driver that cares about the vehicle will learn how to use them properly so they won’t destroy the transmission.

Must be a new guy in training, backed up to container too close to allow safe working space to attach cable, then operating pto at high rpms with bed up, and driving around a tight business with it still in air..

All Maxed Out lol why? it's a compacter dude. what are you gonna break in somewhere through the dumpster? they usually have locked doors on the inside.
95% of all dumpsters that are receiver boxes like that one have outside cameras on them. Plus you’ll need a decent size pickup with a winch to pull it off the wall for you to gain access. Plus, like Alex said, there’s usually a access door that’s locked impeding your entry even when the container is being dumped. Good luck with that whole idea.
