I saw Brenda Ruppe perform by herself (taped background music) at a little country church I was attending at the time (2008) in rural western North Carolina. There probably weren't more than 100 people in attendance for this Sunday evening service, but she sang as though she was performing before a crowd the size of the one shown in this video. I bought one of the CD's she sold afterward, and I play it often while driving in my truck. This song is one of my two favorites on this particular CD.
Miss Brenda is married to Dr. Steve Hurte...Pastor of Temple Baptist Church in Anderson, SC and they actually come together and pastor...both their previous spouses died of cancer and they met and married and brought to Temple a strong and spiritual prescence...God bless them both!
