- Dear friends Today i am sharing with you about Modbus Communication Data MODRD and MODWR Via Rs485, So for This tutorial i have Plc Delta DVP32ES2, and Hmi Weintek MT6070IH. So we will create modbus programming in plc and will read and write data via hmi to plc then Delta Vfd.

Is modbus communication it only the way to vary the speef of Motor through HIM communication
No dear Modbus communication k zarye ap har command Read and write karwa sakhtay ma ne sirf modbus 3 data write or 2 read karwaya ha.. ap is se ziada kar sakhtay like output rpm, output ampere bhi show karwa sakhtay hmi ma, apko H ki value vfd manual se dekh kar programming karni hogi tamam command ki.

Plc or scada ma I prefer plc programming ye chotay industry ma bhi use hota, Scada only supervisory k liye use hota like power plant etc. So plc ko sikh len scada ziada mushkil nhi khud ajayega.

But from any data i can take the value of the errors what is the value of D
For example as you wrote MODRD k2 H2013 k1 then you move the value from D1050 to D505, this the D1050 how you know the value of H2013 will be saved in D1050 ? Thanks
All data read will go D1050 So i am using equal function so same position data will move to another data register.

Sir, apne counter ka use ku kiya ........C0=k4 hoga counter apne ap reset hojayega jb C0=k2 hoga use waqt previous data nhii read krega ka na ......
Please sir explain the role of using counter in this program or without counter we can design other program also
because 4 different data moving in different data register see program.
yes data little late show hoga other method also you can apply.
I HAVE WRITE THIS SAME program to my delta dvp10sx plc,
after write plc and pc is not communicate by rs232 and also rs485

I used to control two Delta VFD-series via PLC DVP14SS2 modbus but I didn't understand how to read the status monitor (address 2100H) and output frequency (address 2103H) from the two VFD , please how can I use MODRD instruction ? or there is another way ?

I already used but when I read from one drive the same value appears for the second drive so for example if read the output frequency from two drivers how can I make the reading appear in different registers ?
output will show in same register, for transfer, in different register, use equal function and counter timing for same data register move.
I can only recommend you to use Easy PLC link. It performs continuous transfer between the PLC special registers and VFD registers. It is established once at the program beginning and is much easier to use than separate instructions.

I have complete modbus program 28SV2 with ms300 vfd. And 28SV2 to DopB07s411 rs-232 communication. But from hmi, no command working. And only Rs-232 led blink. Rs-485 led not blink. What can I do? Any help?
