I think it will prove as a great decision as men's fashion is slowly gaining prominence. Also, Celine had first taken a risk by moving from children's fashion to women's fashion and it paid off quite well. I think it will pay off this time around as well
Hedi ruined Céline. Now it’s just YSL number two. First he dropped the Yves in YSL and now dropped the é in Céline... he’s so arrogant. He discontinued most of Phoebe Philos iconic bags.
Any one still love or hate slimane's work for the brand like many of you hated his first collections but I do seen some improvement that matching the sportswear style of it originally even his recent menswear show was killer impressive.
Slimane is not talented. He does shock value bullshit at everyhouse, and that's how he creates his name. He a whack designer. Anthony V is at YSL now and the clothes are back to normal👍🏾
