Using my Mate 20 Pro since 2018. Still rocks at EMUI 11. I rolled back from EMUI 12 since battery is very frustrating. I already replaced the battery from official service center here in PH.
Sorry my eng bad, if u need downgrade firmware, they u need use hisuite. This is official app Huawei. it will allow you to install version 10 or 11. I did it today.
@@imadaz1 to be honest, I didn't notice it. I think it is normal for all smartphones battery get decline after long time using them. But battery autonomy still being pretty good.
The only problem with these phones (idk about iphones, I'm an Android user since 2010) is that Huawei runs Android 9, which was perfect 6 years ago (and I still love it, don't misunderstand!) but soon it's gonna get out of support (like 2026 or 2027)

Mate 20 pro FTW, 4 years using it and I can't complain , EMUI 12 is tha boom, the UI is amazing everything so smooth and clearly.
what about battery life, is it better on emui 12 ? i heard from different people that it has declined with the update

I think you can do it manually with a PC but you need to backup your data first

You contact your huwawi service center it's so cheap 10$for the battery and 20for brand new screen
