Cooking ROAST in the OVEN and Sharing Some News

Today we bring you a cooking video and we share some news about our move. In this video we are going to be cooking an oven roast. Actually, the idea was to have a barbecue outside in the garden, but we had another sudden snow storm, so we had to change the plans! In any case, we enjoyed a delicious picada with wines from Argentina and Uruguay, then choripán, the roast in the oven with potatoes, and a tiramisu for dessert. Meanwhile we talk a little more about the two moves that are already approaching: one to the Rocky Mountains and another to South America!
