I was at this game with my 79 year old Dad. Probably the best time we have ever had at a Wisconsin game, though we have gone to many. What a wonderful memory. GO RED! JUMP AROUND!
I've lived everywhere in the U.S., and I traveled all over. Madison is hands down the greatest college town. It's beautiful. I can't even describe it. I lived there for years. It is not just football, but huge in every other sport. It's beyond incredible.
Great college football game....amazing atmosphere! I was in madison...the buckeye fans reped.....and they lost with great dignity i must say! I give you Buckeyes a lot of credit.....i was decked out in badger gear....and even after the game i hear "good game badger" from buckeye fans. PURE CLASS! Thanks for making it real buckeyes....we appreciate it.
I LOVE Scott's comments! I fly in from NC for all home games and must say I hear favorable remarks abt the Badgers from all I meet enroute. Nearly everyone echoes Van Pelt's sentiments, even a TSA guy who checked my creds at screening in RDU Saturday. On Wisconsin! Madison rocks!!!!!!!

Right when I heard him say he was going to talk about Madison I got ready to record it because he only says great things about our town and last time, in 2007, the audio was nowhere to be found for about 3 years. Was at the game against Ohio State when Elroy Hirsch was athletic director and the Badgers were finally making a comeback after two decades of drought. We won. But the best win in the early 80s was at Columbus when Tim Krumrie was the nation's best noseguard and won 6-0.

Scotty just gets it, Madison is totally the best college town, not just football but all sports track and field rowing and all the other minor sports experience fandom. Plus we don't have that asshole attitude that Texas the SEC the PAC-10 or 12 have.
It's also because Midwestern people are typically blue collar family people, so for that type of team to beat a team rated number 1 with a shit ton of talent is just incredible

Im a Ohiost fan but I got to say that Wisconsin played great football and we couldnt do much about them on the field. Good win Wisconsin.
