Unbelievable detroit finally gets a breakaway running back in gibbs. He's almost as exciting as barry sanders , his cut backs are incredible his toughness is incredible for his size. That 1,2 punch with the other back they have in the backfield is outstanding . The lions are absolutely the new thing in the NFL they are a must watch team now.
It took us a few weeks to figure out how to use Jahmyr. Once we did, he was outstanding. He has such a bright future

That O Line has made stars out of Jamall Williams ,Montgomery, and now Gibbs. His juice w/ their passing attack and play action mixed with probably the league best O Line & best lineman Sewell is gonna be a deadly combo. He was lucky to end up in Detroit. He has gaping holes to go through every play.
The talking heads absolutely hated him getting picked as high as he did. Goes to show why they're just talking heads.
It is the O Line ,Williams was no star , and neither is Mongomery. Watch the highlights. He has giant holes to jet through every play, but like the other 2, he was good enough to identify & follow them. With his burners he can score every time he touches the ball. J Will and Monty are more straight line,goal line,hard work backs. Jamhyr is special.

The fumble against the 49ers was Goff’s fault. The exchange is his responsibility, so when he turns and sees Gibbs on the wrong side, Goff has to pull the ball back out, secure it and fall forward. This mistake cost the Lions the Super Bowl. Extend the ‘21 and ‘22 draft classes, and let Goff play out his contract.
