El de zero si no tiene sentido alguno , el de donde agarra y usa una flama verde para absorber el poder , a ese si le veo sentido porque hipoteticamente rugal si podria hacer eso en la historia , el de zero no tiene sentido

Ya entendí porque Omega Rugal puede hacer la técnica de Zero, por el Kaizer weave, la bola que lanza en KOF 2002 por eso creo que le agregaron la técnica de Zero

kevin sempai siempre a sido más poderoso Goenitz que Rugal,de hecho Goenitz le quito el ojo a Rugal y le dio un poco del poder de Orochi pero no lo pudo controlar,y Goenitz reconoce a Rugal como un buen peleador pero hasta ahí
