- Pressure canning sirloin beef tips for easy food prep or emergency stores. BONUS Video: making citrus vinegar out of overripe satsumas! Great for cleaning, adding to salad dressings, or any recipe that calls for vinegar! Just not recommended for canning.

Part 2: • PART 2 canning Sirloin...
Thx for sharing, my parents and grandparents did lots of canning and meat preserving during the great depression, so the words "waste not, want not" had true meaning, something you rarely see these days, as most have become "throw away" society, I had to refloor the back section and tailgate of my Kart racing trailer where they didn't paint and seal the backside of the 3/4" plywood so it had some rot in a few places, from that plywood I salvaged enough good wood to make 4 hive bottoms and tops, 2 five frame nucs and tops and bottoms for 3 other nucs.
Never canned sirloin beef tips before so I’m glad you showed us this recipe. Thank you.

Bay leaf tip- If you grind it into a powder with a spice mill, you can use 1/4 or 1/2 tsp in your canning and have a much "fuller" flavor of bay. A tip I picked up while in Africa recently. (although "Mama" ground her's very finely using a mortar and pestle - so glad we have convenience gadgets here in the US!) :)
