Kaida Haru talks about his Nijisanji Audition Interview and how the only thing he remembers was skillfully answering some super hard questions in lightning speed.
I didn't include this, but right after, he talked about his battle song being "Smiling" by Shimamura Uzuki and how he recommends everyone to have a song that works like a switch. Also, that he had listened to it right before the second round, third round, and even his debut stream as emotional support.
Translated this, because I thought this was a moment which made me reconfirm how cool of a human Kaida actually is.

im glad he answered it like that, passed the audition, and made it here. i've interviewed people before and tbh that's the answer we're looking for that question. it's like making sure that they're actually passionate and serious about this, that they will not quit midway if somehow they passed/got hired at another place beside ours.
