Prem Sir, @4:21 There you explained about Open Assignment. Here Open Assignment means?

In pega we create assignment, whenever we need some user action or a wait action. From a flow perspective the case can stay in the assignment shape waiting for some user action. For example, the collect information is an assignment shape.
So when you complete the case, you can make sure there is no open assignment (work) in the case..

Sir how many processes can be define in one stage??

Hi Rita, I don't think pega implemented any restrictions.. but let's think more practical, you will never have a case life cycle with many process at single stage..
May be maximum processes can be at the extreme 5 proccesees per stage.. but definitely in real time business scenario you won't have more than that
