Common Pega errors and debugging steps

Thanks for the detailed video on errors and debugging, We are currently facing issue in our applications where Pega is not saving any case history, would like to know your perspective on the same and where should I look for to fix this. 😊😊👍👍

Hi prem thank you for sharing Pega knowledge.
I have one query, We have one D page using that we are displaying operator access operation units , but SIT we are able to get more operating units but in UAT less operating Unit it's displaying in drop-down. Configuration everything same in both environment .
