- Hi I'm Wendy a resin artist and crafter.
In this video I am trying out the Solarcolordust liquid crystal brushable pen.
I learn from my mistakes and show how I got it right and had great fun with it. Its a real shame Solarcolordust don't have an outlet in the UK as in my opinion their products are amazing and well worth the effort to get hold of.

I'm in the U.S., so I looked it up on Amazon. It's pretty expensive... basically $40;for .5 oz, and I couldn't find it in a pen, only liquid. It also charges another $4 for shipping. It does say to apply it over black with a brush...and brush strokes will show. But the most important thing is that they won't ship it now because of cold weather. It's a nice idea, but...
They have their own website which is linked below and the pens are on there as I checked to get the right wording. They are $10 each. 😀👍

Cute. I know all about getting supplies from the USA, I bought a couple of sets of ColourArte pigments and paid more in import duty and vat than I paid for the pigments!

I had a mood ring in the 80s but I thought it didn't work. Turned out my hands were too warm to get any colour changes. This looks like a fun pen to try!
I had fun with it and I am pretty sure you would too. I’ve never had a mood ring but my hands are always cold 😂😂😂

I stopped when I realised they were not black and I needed to concentrate on just the black ones.
There wasn’t much of the liquid Crystal left to finish them either 🤷♀️

I’ve had no problems at all and I use it a lot 😂. I expect it has to do with what you use it for? But I am just giving my opinion that’s all 😊😀👍

Usually, I've found, reviews are left by people who don't know how to use a product and therefore are disappointed. If you are interested in a particular product like this resin, look for reviews on TH-cam or elsewhere. People for some reason are more prone to review badly than positively.
That could be true as if you are happy with something you tend not to bother 👍
