I didn't get a clip because I was too late, but I was doing the Nothing to Sneeze at quest with 3 other hunters and at the beginning, I hit the fence switch and we split 2 hunters per Bishaten. They stayed separated for the entire time and they died exactly the same time, it was hilarious!
So I haven't fought Narwa yet (been taking breaks and trying to farm the beat gear for multiple weapons) but after seeing that dual blades grind and that bow KO I can't wait to fight her with those weapons.
I always enjoyed the gone wrong series!! This video make me want to get back into the hunt! Can't wait till the pc version to drop in a few days!! maybe will have a clip to submit one day!
Random MH4U moment happened to me: Hunting a Seltas Queen in the Ancestral Steppe. My Palico set a random Shock Trap down in Area 4 but the fight has moved to Area 2. I'm running my capture set (Tigrex Z +Autotracker) and I get the queen down to capture levels and even get a short knockdown on her so I can set up the trap, except she climbs the nearby wall to the upper level and limps off to Area 4. Another trap wasted right? Except when I arrive in Area 4 she starts walking my direction and her path takes her STRAIGHT into my Palico's trap (which was still set)! (Fortunately this was a normal hunt quest not that infamous capture quest, so I would have taken her down either way.)

I know my internet is iffy on the Switch, but never had anything buggy/glitchy happen in Rise. Just the occasional dc and "ok, I guess I have to solo this now" moment
I have always had this thought about if one of the monsters appeared in the real world, how do you beat them? lets say you're the average Joe. no weapons (in some cases),no cars, no nothing and a kulu ya ku is staring you down. How do you fight it? rules: 1. you don't have a car 2. you cant use professional weapons such as knives and guns. you can only use object you find of the ground like a pipe or a branch 3. we will skip out on how tough the kulu ya ku is, because if its gonna take multiple heavy hitting slashes to slay kulu ya ku then it would probably be impossible in the real world to beat this thing
The hunter was blastblighted so I guess the palico hitting the hunter detonated the blast. Those glowing walls are all over the lava caverns. You can see which are active on your mini map (they appear as a blue or red geyser). You can break them with a barrel bomb like in the video or while wyvern riding ram the monster into the wall. Lava walls inflict fireblight and water walls inflict waterblight and they both do a ton of damage to monsters.

I have the opposite experience, things like in the video never occurred to me only had one bug narwa standing there and doing nothing for 10 mins😂 But in world especially nergi feels to me like second gen hitboxes.
