Happy to hear about the 4-diamond4-2 and 4-3-3 ... even if they only use them sometimes, or for their trophy games, it's still interesting. Here I was thinking that playing a more defensive minded 3-5-2 with a defensive pair and one attacker in the central midfield was the limit of variation in the underlying setup.

If parky is going to change formations I think the natural progression would be to a attacking 3-4-3 that drops into a 5-3-2 defensively
