Trust me, the Cards WILL win a Super Bowl in his lifetime. He easily has at least 50 years left in him.
And as an employee or not, you bet your ass they will give him an honorary ring.
A-Dub is my favorite football player of all-time, but Larry Legend is the single greatest Cardinal of all-time followed by Aeneas Williams, Larry Wilson, and Jackie Smith.

The 2004 draft class was an organization changing draft. We got Larry Fitzgerald, Darnell Dockett, Karlos Dansby, and Antonio Smith. All of them were true professionals that embodied what it meant to be a Cardinal.
Larry deserves a statue, the Ring of Honor, and his number officially retired.
