The dirt is shocking , I’m now vacuuming it everyday then will do a final dirt meter test to make sure it’s all gone . I had too be very careful didn’t want TH-cam thinking I was talking about something more graphic 😂.
Thanks buddy really appreciated, I bet those rugs cost a fortune . I’ve seen one in Corey’s channel he cleaned it was huge must have been 30ft x 15 and really thick . It was white aswell would have definitely been no shoes in the house . Love the American homes they are huge compared to Aus

Brings back memories when years ago I used the shag King with my Classic III (which I still have) on my shag carpet. Works great. Wow, your Classic III sure pulled out a significant amount of dirt. Carpet looks well groomed. Now you know you have a really clean new carpet!
This classic 3 has surpassed my expectations, Thatd still using the original brushroll with only 3 brushes . Imagine the agitation when I put a new roller bearing brushroll in. I can see why Kirby Enthusiasts rave how good they are next to the legend 2. Awesome power and airflow .

Can the Kirby hoover short pile carpet? I just bought a diamond edition and the brush roller sticks while vacuuming. I know it was the belt slipping so I changed it and it is still doing it but not as bad, but bad enough. However It was a copy belt and not a knurled one. I have set the roller in position 1 the lowest setting and still slipping/sticking. Any ideas anyone? Thanks in advance for any help. Great videos by the way, very informative.
Is the brushroll worn in the centre where the belt runs . As I have seen them where they have a slight groove due to belt slipping over the years . Causing new belts to slip , Aldo is brushroll free from hair as this Aldo can be under the belt causing to slip . Hope this helps

It was slipping on my flat carpet in living room and the short pile in the bedroom. Since I changed the existing kirby belt for a non kirby belt with no knurl on it now works fine on the flat carpet but still slips on the short pile in the bedroom. Would the kirby belts I ordered through your link cure this, or could it be something else that may cause this? I have even tried the brush roller in position 1 to see if it helped at all. I have bought this Diamond edition on ebay and the roller was set in number 2 position. Hoover looks in reasonable shape (to a novice). Thanks for your help and for your great videos
@@jamesdoherty2614 The genuine belts through my links should cure this issue , The knurled belts have the pattern on the inside , giving more grip to the brush roll and spindle. I have a video on correct height adjustment of the brush roll and how to check . Also when you lower head it should be lowered until tone changes then only one more click . Anymore will cause brushroll to bury into the carpet a little to deep and with the suction this can cause the brush roll to stop which will slip or cause a burning rubber smell . I only use genuine Kirby belts as they work and last the longest . Hope this helps 👍👍
@@jamesdoherty2614The belts in Description are origami Kirby knurl belts so they will run and last longer . I allways recommend winding belt off when not in use , that means no tension from belt lifter either .This will make you belt last 3 times longer .

Had two of the classic iii with the shag attachment worked great, sold both should have kept them but have a g3, love the tech drive, great vidio
