That was only due to Shattered Grid. It's 1 universe minus RPM and Dino Charge, but was fractured into separate sections during Shattered Grid, which then was fixed back into one after.
What’s funny is that the Dino Gems that power the Dino Thunder rangers came from the asteroid that killed the Dinosaurs. When Sledge tried to steal the Energems which power the Dino Charge rangers from Keeper, Sledge’s ship was bombed and it was towing a bunch of asteroids that rained down on Earth which killed the Dinosaurs. So the Dino Gems being on Earth potentially happened because of Sledge and these 2 events could still exist at the same time without contradicting each other. When the Dino Charge rangers went back in time to stop Sledge, it caused the Dinosaurs to not be killed by Asteroids and they continued living in modern day when the rangers went forward to their time period. So now Dino Charge technically contradicts Dino Thunder and the Dino Gems so the writers explicitly had Dino Charge Blue in the 25th anniversary crossover say that their world is in another universe. It’s been so far consistent after that.

If Power Rangers gets a Fortnite club, I hope it’s not just mighty Morphin and other seasons like time, force jungle fury and Dino charge and that we get multiple collapse so we can get multiple weapons multiple skins. I knew there was something fishy about the continuity considering things don't really flow narratively for modern series. Mighty Morphin connecting to lost galaxy makes sense. But later on, it just seems like to many things happen on the same planet that would contradict each other.

Most things are canon within their own medium. Take Power Rangers Super Legends for example or the original and current PR comics. The show has one thing that has always bugged me. Thrax. There’s no way he could exist in the main timeline. I believe he’s an anomaly that came into the main timeline/universe and had he not been destroyed the world would collapse. But when Dylan asked what's a power ranger, I had assumed that this was the show trying to establish itself as being in a different universe. He did have amnesia! The show doesn't really do anything to establish it's in a different universe. In fact, it doesn't even mention it at all. There was some discussion back in the day about it being in the mainline universe and killing off all the characters from past seasons but Samurai later clarified it being in a separate dimension. Also, every episode of Power Rangers from Mighty Morphin through Dino Supercharge is available for free on TH-cam through the official Power Rangers channel! Ninja Steel through Cosmic Fury should still be on Netflix. :)
The ending of Super Dino Charge was a poor choice. Firstly if the dinosaurs didn't go extinct they would either at least evolved into smaller reptiles or decrease greatly into being endangered due to food shortage, large enimals consumes large amount of food and they must either decrease in number or decrease in size, not to mention the Earth's climate has changed in 64milion years. The dinosaur survival would also greatly affect the natural food web and human civilization
I don't think that's correct. I think the virus as well as the morpher was from the RPM universe but the Beast Morphers were in the prime universe since the mayor referenced Rita and had all of the other prime ranger equipment.
Go watch Super Sentai (a nearly 50 year old Japanese franchise), that’s literally where the Ranger and villain/monster suits + ground/zord scenes for Power Rangers come from.

I could be misremembering the series though, and since it was taken off of Netflix I don't know how to watch it without getting into some Gokiager based shenanigans. Does anyone know the answer?
He did have amnesia! The show doesn't really do anything to establish it's in a different universe. In fact, it doesn't even mention it at all. There was some discussion back in the day about it being in the mainline universe and killing off all the characters from past seasons but Samurai later clarified it being in a separate dimension.
Also, every episode of Power Rangers from Mighty Morphin through Dino Supercharge is available for free on TH-cam through the official Power Rangers channel! Ninja Steel through Cosmic Fury should still be on Netflix. :)

The ending of Super Dino Charge was a poor choice. Firstly if the dinosaurs didn't go extinct they would either at least evolved into smaller reptiles or decrease greatly into being endangered due to food shortage, large enimals consumes large amount of food and they must either decrease in number or decrease in size, not to mention the Earth's climate has changed in 64milion years. The dinosaur survival would also greatly affect the natural food web and human civilization

I don't think that's correct. I think the virus as well as the morpher was from the RPM universe but the Beast Morphers were in the prime universe since the mayor referenced Rita and had all of the other prime ranger equipment.
For such a popular show, you’d figure they’d have better funding to make the costumes, fight scenes and actors not look and sound like total crap
Go watch Super Sentai (a nearly 50 year old Japanese franchise), that’s literally where the Ranger and villain/monster suits + ground/zord scenes for Power Rangers come from.
The main power rangers line runs the 30 years each show is in its own dimensions the morphin masters created the powers and sent them in said dimensions and encoded them to only active for the chosen rangers the Green morphin master is the one who has has been aiding the ranger teams like Zordon was before the other morphin masters decided to also assist
